OPERATING NOTES:  Wave player accepts Windows PCM and ACM based wave files.  Does NOT accept A/Mu Law, DVI/IMA ADPCM, or Microsoft ADPCM based wave files.
Harmonic analyzer is CPU intensive and should be turned off when not in use.  Processing power can also be conserved by turning down the analyzer's refresh rate.

PROGRAMMING

The Lil' Devil was designed keeping in mind that many musicians enjoy producing sounds themselves rather than having it done for them through the use of resynthesis.   The Lil' Devil is instead programmed manually through the use of harmonic analysis.  Simply load a sound into the onboard wave player and use the harmonic analyzer to compare the synth's output with the harmonics of the wave file.  Adjust the synth harmonics until they match the harmonics of the wave file and voila!  You've replicated the sound.
